Vanguard Management has a fiduciary responsibility to properly screen all business partners prior to authorizing service requests and bidding out contracts. In order to fulfill this responsibility, Vanguard Management has engaged a 3rd party compliance firm named VIVE (Vendor Insurance Verification Experts).  

VIVE specializes in certifying vendors in the community management industry. Registration is required for all business partners to continue a relationship with Vanguard Management Associates and its client communities. The registration process is streamlined and easy, taking less than 15 minutes and comes with a nominal annual fee payable directly to VIVE.
